As a private institution we reserve the right to deny admission to any participant or remove a participant from any class.
CANCELLATION (initiated by 3WN)
Although it will be avoided when at all possible, 3rd Wind Network reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or inclement weather.
On occasion we may have to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we cancel class, you may transfer into the next session or into any other class, space permitting, or you may receive a full credit or refund of the registration and material fees paid. If you transfer into a class that is more expensive than the cancelled one, you will be responsible for any difference in tuition or other fees. If the new class is less expensive, you may request a credit or refund of the difference.
Participants will be notified by email of the class cancellation. We will wait to hear back from you by phone or email as to your refund or transfer preferences.
All classes will take place as scheduled unless 3rd Wind Network announces on our homepage that we are closed due to inclement weather. In most cases we will also contact all registered participants of closures as soon as a decision is made.
If 3rd Wind Network must cancel your class due to incelement weather we will do our best to reschedule that class; if it is not possible to reschedule a make-up we will provide students enrolled in a multi-session class with a prorated credit or refund for the missed session.
Please note that if 3rd Wind Network is open, no credits or refunds are available to participants if they do not attend.
CANCELLATION (initiated by Participant)
If you withdraw from a class at least ten (10) business days before the first session of the class, you are eligible for a full credit or refund for the tuition and materials fee you have paid for the class. If you withdraw from a class less than ten (10) business days before the first session of the class, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a full credit, as follows:
We permit transfers from one class to another, but only if there is space available in the new class, if both classes occur within the same term, and if you request the transfer at least ten (10) business days before the first session of the class for which you've already registered. You will be responsible for any difference in tuition or material fees if the new class is more expensive than the one from which you are transferring; if your new class is less expensive, we'll apply the difference as a credit towards your future registrations.
Credit or debit refunds take 4-6 weeks or less to process. Please be sure that we have your updated contact information to ensure that your refund is delivered in a timely manner.
LOCATION AND INSTRUCTOR CHANGES
3rd Wind Network reserves the right to cancel classes, change class locations, and change instructors when necessary. Refunds will not be issued due to class location changes or if we change an instructor.
3rd Wind Network exercises great care when selecting instructors. We make no guarantees, expressed or implied, that classroom instruction will result in specific gain. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, material or otherwise, incurred while following an instructor's directions. 3rd Wind Network is not responsible for any personal property left in our program locations. Participants take classes at their own risk. Neither 3rd Wind Network or any of its instructors are liable for any injury you may sustain. 3rd Wind Network is a Limited Liability Corporation.
