Participate in a workshop on breathing techniques and invigorating yoga poses by Dina Weinberg and a discussion on the science behind reclaiming an energized body by Dr. Raynetta Samuels, Women's Health Physical Therapist.
This workshop is appropriate for everyone, age 18+. Membership at Westchester Yoga Arts is not required to participate. Wear comfortable clothes as the session includes an hour yoga class.

Dina Weinberg is a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga daily for the past 35 years. Dina has studied Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga styles.
Dr. Raynetta Samuels, PT, DPT, CLT is a women's health physical therapist specializing in lymphedema treatment, breast cancer rehabilitation and pelvic floor physical therapy. Raynetta holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Miami.
